Prior to the 2010 Paris Motor Show, which will open its doors in October, Honda revealed today the 2011 Jazz Hybrid. As expected, the new Jazz Hybrid shares many of its components with the larger Insight Hybrid, including the 1.3-liter petrol engine.
The electric motor is mated to a CVT gearbox and the Jazz Hybrid will be capable to be powered only by the electric motor for short distances. Regarding the design, the new car received some modifications, such as the revised headlights with a blue surround, clear tail-lights, a redesigned front grille as well as new bumpers and chromed accessories. Inside, the Jazz Hybrid features a single-colour dashboard and blue-lit dials and instruments. According to the manufacturer, a leather trim will be available for the first time on a Jazz in Europe. More details to be revealed!
