There are two things I almost always click on for posts in jalopworld. COTD and Your Ridiculously Cool….Wallpaper Is Here. Now I click on one because it really would make a nice background. The other I click on because it really would make a nice background and I sometimes notice the car in the photo. Congratulations Wheatieboy on your insightful tale of misguided youth (if I read it correctly, if I didn’t, then, uh… well congratulations on confusing me).
Speaking of youth, Deschutes Brewery has a fresh (wet) hopped version of their Mirror Pond Pale Ale, cleverly named Fresh Hop Mirror Pond which is freaking amazing (for a pale ale – I am biased remember, I chew on hops, my favorite flavor ice cream before I gave up dairy, was lemon hop, I like my garlic bread with hops cooked into them). This brew has that wonderful citrus taste (grapefruit mostly) and something a little fruity (apricot? maybe?) that makes a nicely hopped beverage that much more refreshing. It’s smooth, it is very pleasant and if you like Mirror Pond standard, this is one to pick up if you see it. It is a seasonal brew however, so it will go quick.

Upon reading the definitions of both, I see innocence as possibly free from guile or cunning. Innocents as lacking sophistication or guile. So right you both are, both work.

I read this earlier. Good story. But if the gas is bad, you don’t want to put it in ANY decent motor. Just burn it (safely) or dispose of it in some other way. I’d recommend your nearest two-stroke; they run on 50% black magic anyway, so they won’t notice a little bad gas.
