BMW shows scary domination in this segment of cars…. old E90 is STILL at this moment, even though its production is finished, the best car in the segment. Its better than C class and A4 in pretty much every area, except rear passenger space. And best part is, F30 is better than E90 in every single aspect. This new 3 series really is the best small executive sedan, by far, and will stay that way for many years, probably until others copy enough things off of it to catch up.
@70JMaster How is it too heavy if its 50 kg lighter than E90?
@SERBE4EVER if you have the skill to get the power of a 6 cylinder out of an 4 cylinder with less consumption why wouldn’t you do that? just so that some haters can’t say “its rubish because it doen’t have a cooler amount of cylinders”???
Bmw the new F30 looks nice but why only the strongest f30 has a 6 cylinder engine and the other versions only a 4 cylinder engine

well I think it is just perfect. I do have one from 2007 SE and I just love it.
In my country BMW sarcastic translation means You Will have expences (of course more or less) but thst is complete bull.. it just runs as it should be

What are people talking about? Its much better than the E90…still lacks the classic beauty of the E46 but it looks so much better than the E90.
I have to point out that bright colors make its proportions look slightly wronh!

Initially I really hated it… now it kinda gets better and better, though I agree completely with you that the bulging hood looks hedious.
I guess we really need to see it in person.
@TransporterEurope all audis are same looking cars like a4 a6 a7 a8 the best and only good looking car of audi is a5 and it cant beat the 6 series. oh and also new 3 series looks way better than its match a4 even merc c-klasse.

The new 3-series coupe will not be a 3-series. It’s a 4-series!!
Like the 6-series is to the 5-series. Can’t wait for the ///M4!
There will also be a 2-series, (///M2) to go with the 1-series.
BMW can be ugly when you see it first time, but in time you start to love it. Like previous serie 5.

Im the BMW biggest fan but now we are waching how Audi gets better design.
Im was expecting some new design elements.But the used the front theme and hood functionality from Renault Megane 2.
I will take an E46 instead of this disproportionately silhouette.

BMW: the car looks nice, but, I gotta say, the front lights kinda look like a Mitsubishi Lancer sorry I dislike.
